While no one can absolutely guarantee you success, Washington Fertility Center can guarantee you peace of mind by eliminating the financial risks involved in IVF.

Here’s something you can take comfort in. With our IVF Baby Guarantee or Your Money Back Plan, you pay one fixed fee. This eliminates the financial risk that is associated with multiple IVF attempts, which are often necessary.

Here’s how our guarantee works:
For a set fee, we offer you seven IVF attempts and subsequent transfers of frozen embryos from these cycles. If you succeed, we will have earned our fee. If you do not bring home a baby, you owe nothing and receive 100% of your money back. You will then still have the financial resources to pursue other options of starting a family, such as adoption.

Here’s what’s included:

All in-house clinical and laboratory monitoring, egg retrieval, embryo transfer, and in-cycle medical consultations related to treatment
Services provided by the Embryology Laboratory, including the IVF procedure, embryo preparation and transfer, embryo assisted hatching, cryopreservation and storage of embryos for the duration of the contract
Subsequent transfer of any frozen or thawed embryos originating from the seven cycles covered by our guarantee

Here’s what’s not included:

IVF pre-screening tests
Intracytoplasmic Sperm Injection (ICSI)
Donor sperm
Egg donor and/or gestational carrier costs: i.e. recruitment, screening, medications and compensations
Cost of drugs used for ovarian stimulation or uterine preparation
Urologist fee for sperm aspiration (if needed)
Anesthesiologist fee for egg retrieval
Surgeries not related to egg retrieval: i.e. laparoscopy, hysteroscopy, D&C, myomectomy, salpingectomy
Psychological, Genetic and Acupuncture services
Travel expenses

Who is eligible?
This program was designed for couples who have no insurance benefits for IVF or Donor Egg. We offer a free initial consultation for these patients without insurance. To qualify for the plan, both partners will undergo a medical screening to make sure they are good candidates for success with those treatments.

For IVF, women must be able to complete the seven treatment cycles before their 38th birthday. Women over the age of 38 may choose between our traditional fees for IVF or take advantage of our Donor Egg Baby Guarantee or Your Money Back Program.

You will be comforted to know that our Donor Egg Baby Guarantee or Your Money Back Plan also covers 7 attempts using donor eggs.

What if you live out-of-state, out-of-country, or overseas?
Many patients travel to participate in the Baby Guarantee or Your Money Back Plan. Arrangements can be made to coordinate some of your care in your hometown through your local physician or fertility center.
