Directions from Interstate 95 South

1. I-95 South to Exit 130B. 

2. Merge onto Plank Road/Rt 3 W, keep in Right lane.  

3. Turn right at the light on Carl D. Silver Parkway into Central Park.

4. Turn right onto Cowan Blvd (Landmark: Long John Silver’s & McDonald’s).

5. Follow Cowan Blvd about 1.5 miles to Cowan Center on Left (Entrance off of Cowan Blvd and also from circle on Hospital Drive).
