Anesthesia Fee: $690
Embryo Storage: $75/month
Embryo Biopsy for Chromosomal or Genetic Testing - $1,900
Embryo Testing for Chromosomal Anomalies (PGT-A) - $985 or up to 6 embryos.
$150 for each additional embryo
Subsequent Frozen Embro Thaw, Monitoring and Transfer - $8,985
A 4% administrative fee will be applied to the total package cost if financing is secured through any financing vendor.

Refund Eligibility

$5,000 – Cancelled Egg Retrieval due to poor response to ovarian stimulation or early spontaneous ovulation
$2,000 – Egg Retrieval performed but no eggs found
$1,000 – Egg Retrieval does not result in an embryo or abnormal embryo not suitable for an Intra-Uterine Transfer
